The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa is a leader in after-school, weekend and summer programs for children aged 6-18 years of age. The Club employs trained youth development specialists who offer a blend of recreation and life-skills programs that help develop self-esteem, cultural awareness, confidence, behaviours of healthy living and a desire to become positive members of our community. The Club provides programming for Junior (age 6-10), Intermediate (ages 11-13) and Senior (ages 14-18) members. Clubhouse times are set specifically for each age group and open to senior members late into the evenings to provide positive alternatives to the street (preventative crime strategies).
