Welcome to the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa's Aquatic program.

In 2011, after extensive renovation of the Britannia club house and A E Lon Campbell Pool, the Pool was reopened. Money was used from the general $1.2 million allocated from federal and provincial Infrastructure Funds ($410,000 from feds, prov. and us), ($30,000 alone for signs, equipment like lifeguard chairs, uniforms, and flutterboards), with support from the Ski-A-Thon Committee's annual fundraiser, and The Home Depot's Buy a Hammer, Build a Community program.

On August 19th, 2011 Member of Parliament Bob Charelli cut the ribbon on the grand re-opening of the newly renovated Britannia pool. The Britannia Pool is a 20-yard (18-meter) pool with 4 lanes. The water is maintained at 82 degrees Celsius.
