About the Morning Social
Hopes & Dreams
The Morning Social is Ottawa’s premier networking breakfast, bringing together hundreds of business leaders, community champions and supporters from across the city – all committed to helping local kids thrive.
In 2026, our Hopes & Dreams theme will celebrate the journey from childhood aspirations to confident adulthood. Children will share who they dream of becoming, while youth and alumni reflect on the mentors, opportunities and encouragement that helped turn those dreams into reality.
This is the journey BGC Ottawa nurtures every day, offering safe spaces, caring relationships and life-changing programs that guide young people from their earliest sparks of imagination to the moment they step boldly into their future.
When donors and sponsors stand with BGC Ottawa, they aren’t just supporting an event – they are investing in that entire journey. They are helping a child find their voice, a teen discover their passion and a young adult pursue the education, career or leadership path they once only imagined.

By attending, you’re not just taking a seat – you’re helping create brighter futures and opening doors for kids to imagine, grow and achieve their dreams.
Individually
Every dream begins with one person who believes. By registering as an individual guest, you’ll join a table of eight curated by our team, creating new connections while supporting the Morning Social’s inspiring mission.
A suggested gift of $500 helps spark possibility for children and youth across Ottawa, giving them access to the safe spaces, positive role models and programs that help turn their hopes into real futures.
Upon registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email, with additional event details shared as the Morning Social approaches.

Table Captain
Supporters who want to make an even bigger impact can join us as Table Captains for the Morning Social. You will personally invite seven of your closest friends, family members, colleagues and other like-minded individuals to learn more about BGC Ottawa and the positive impact it has on our community.
Together, your table’s suggested contribution of $5,000 will support the Club’s greatest needs and help countless young people discover and achieve their dreams.
After registering, a member of our team will connect with you directly to guide next steps and help you make the most of your Morning Social experience.
