We’re on a mission to make Ottawa an even better place for children and youth to grow, learn and thrive.
Our Tele-Fundraising Program gives us the chance to personally thank our donors, share updates about the impact of your generosity, and invite you to make a one-time gift to support BGC Ottawa programs that change lives every day.

Who’s calling you
We’ve partnered with Generosité Fundraising & Communications, a trusted local fundraising firm based here in Ottawa. Their professional callers are trained to represent BGC Ottawa with care, respect and integrity.
Generosité is led by Senior Colleague and Founder, Thomas Krayer, and is a proud member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). Thomas also holds a seat on the AFP Ottawa’s Board of Directors. Their call centre is fully Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, ensuring that your credit card and personal information are handled securely.
When you receive a call, you can expect:

- Updates about how your support has made a difference in young people’s lives.

We want you to feel completely confident when speaking with someone representing BGC Ottawa.

- All donations are processed through a secure PCI-compliant system. We never ask for e-transfers or e-gift cards.
