Aquatics

Aquatics programming includes our open swims as well as a variety of lessons focusing on swimming fundamentals, lifesaving skills, stroke improvement, fitness, competitive skills and team building. We also offer advanced certificate courses in lifesaving, lifeguarding and first aid.

A healthy body and well-balanced lifestyle happens as much in the kitchen as it does on the playing field. Members learn the cooking basics ... and get to eat their projects after!

The premise of HEROS is to use the game of hockey as a catalyst to attract youth to a program offering support for education, self-esteem building and life skills training.

Sports & Leadership League

The Sports & Leadership League (SLL) is Ottawa’s only FREE, year-round competitive sports program for youth ages 6-18. It focuses on skills development, leadership, and teaching the importance of responsible and healthy competition whilst providing a healthy and safe environment for Members to have fun playing sports.

Ottawa Senators captain Brady Tkachuk, along with his wife Emma, have made a long-term commitment to BGC Ottawa. Together, they offer financial support, their time and positive energy to the organization and its Members. The Tkachuk's Captains program will bring a unique focus to sports, healthy lifestyle and nutrition.
