HEROS Hockey
The premise of HEROS is to use the game of hockey as a catalyst to attract youth to a program offering support for education, self-esteem building and life skills training.

Program Overview
In collaboration with HEROS Hockey, this program uses the game of ice hockey to teach life-skills and empower youth. We provide free hockey programming for children and youth, offering a safe and stable environment for them to grow, connect and succeed.
This program supports a player’s life journey by focusing on the four HEROS behaviours: Listening, Respect, Discipline and Having Fun. These core values are implemented by our players in their everyday lives beyond the rink.
