Do you know someone in your neighbourhood, up to age 25, who has demonstrated a strong contribution to Heron Gate through community involvement, volunteerism, leadership mentorship, role-modelling, and more?
Help us choose who to honor in a naming ceremony by nominating your youth leader by September 18th, 2022.
Nominations are reviewed on a rolling basis (as we receive them).

Questions
- Community Involvement: this youth is from the community and is known by their community members, helps and participates in community events, understands the needs of their community, and tries to find solutions for them, takes initiative
- Mentorship/Role Modelling: acts responsibly, guides youth, easily accessible to others, inclusive, advocates for others and their community, understands the lived experience of their community members, committed to the future outcomes of young people, shares wisdom, inspires others, follows through with tasks, reliable
